Strength and Balance

This class is a great building block for anyone trying to make there way back into the exercise world. With the comfort off a chair, you will be building strength in your legs, arms, and core. The instructor, Georgie, does a great job of modifying movements to fit all fitness levels. This slower paced class is a great stepping stone into our Strength and Balance II class.
